Wanbang Modular Building is a China-based manufacturer specializing in modular buildings and prefabricated housing solutions, with over 14 years of hands-on production experience since our founding in 2012.

Headquartered in the Fuzhou High-Tech Zone, we operate seven subsidiary companies with production bases in Minqing, Qingkou and Zhangzhou (Fujian) and Guangdong, covering a total production area of more than 120,000 square meters. We provide an integrated service covering design, manufacturing, supply, and installation support, helping international clients deliver accommodation and building projects efficiently and with controlled risk.

All key processes — structural design, material selection, fabrication, and quality control — are managed internally. With an annual production capacity of over 3 million square meters of prefabricated buildings and 50,000 sets of folding container houses, we maintain consistent quality, traceable production, and predictable delivery schedules, which are essential for overseas projects.

Beyond individual housing units, Wanbang delivers complete camp solutions — workforce accommodation, site offices, kitchens, dining halls, washrooms and shower blocks, laundries, clinics, recreation rooms, security cabins, and storage buildings.

Project-oriented manufacturing covers layout support, module configuration, material options, shipping planning, and installation guidance, so a single supplier can carry a project from design to handover.

How We Control Quality

Quality is a process, not a claim. Every unit moves through a documented production and inspection flow:

Incoming material inspection (IQC) → material requisition → cutting and machining → assembly and forming → welding and fitting → surface treatment and coating → precision assembly → commissioning and self-inspection → in-process inspection (IPQC) → final inspection (FQC) → storage or rework → packing and outbound shipping.

Every unit is inspected at each stage: units that pass final inspection are stored and packed for shipment, while any unit that fails is sent back for rework before it leaves the factory. Third-party inspection is supported on request.
